Hemp Pesto
Use this hempseed pesto variation anywhere you would use a standard pesto
1/3 cup olive or hemp oil
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp hemp seeds
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup walnuts or pine nuts
Pinch of salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup packed basil leaves
Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Process until creamy but still grainy, about 1 minute. Add a little more oil if necessary to improve consistency and ease blending.
