- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)

- Rim a mason jar with lemon juice followed by a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Toss in a few ice cubes.
