Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan; add onion, green pepper and garlic. Sauté until tender.
  2. Add tofu and soy sauce; continue cooking and stirring until tofu starts to brown.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot over toasted burger buns.
