Chicken and Green Tea Soup
Take advantage of green tea’s incredible amount of health benefits with this tasty soup.
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Turn off heat, add tea bags and lemon grass, and steep for 15 minutes.
- Remove solids from broth, bring back to a simmer and add edamame, mushrooms, carrot, salt, chili flakes (if using) and pepper; cook for five minutes.
- Add shredded chicken breast, brown rice and sesame oil; heat two minutes.
