- 1 cup whole-wheat pasta
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup red pepper diced
- 75 g grilled skinless chicken
- 1 tbsp low-calorie Italian salad dressing

Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, grill skinless chicken breasts and chop into bite-size pieces.
- Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Place in fridge until pasta cools.
- When pasta is cool, combine with chicken, peppers and broccoli. Toss with salad dressing and serve.
