Instructions
  1. Brush with butter 1 deep rectangular dish or 8 small ramekins or 1 pie plate.
  2. Crumble fresh goat’s cheese in bottom and add ham
  3. Grate the zucchini on a clean cloth and wring the cloth to remove the “water” from the zucchini.
  4. In a small bowl, add the green onion and basil to the grated zucchini.
  5. Sprinkle with this mixture.
Clafoutis
  1. Whisk in a bowl: Eggs, cream, flour and maple syrup, nutmeg, salt and drops of Tabasco.
  2. Pour delicately over cheese, ham and zucchini mixture.
  3. Place cherry tomatoes on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F on the top rack for 25 to 35 minutes (depending on the size of the dish).
  5. Remove the dish from the oven.
  6. Serve and add arugula.
