  1. Preheat grill on medium high.
  2. Brush corn with oil and place directly on grill, turning every 5 to 10 minutes until nicely cooked and charred in places, for 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Slather hot corn with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chili powder.
  4. Squeeze lime over corn and enjoy hot.
