- 2 tbsp brown sugar packed
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 4 pieces skinless salmon fillet (total 500 g)
- 2 tsp sliced almonds toasted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375C.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, maple syrup and soy sauce, and set aside.
- Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Place salmon fillets on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle evenly with maple syrup sauce.
- Bake for two to three minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
