PB and Honey Trail Mix Bites

Replace your favourite store bought granola with these chewy PB and honey trail mix bites.

  1. In a large bowl, stir peanut butter, honey and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats, pretzel pieces, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and chocolate until combined.
  3. Roll into balls, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter.
  4. Place on a waxed-paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
