Tip: Include protein ‘such as cheese’to provide satiety.

Pasta Salad

Tip: Add lean protein, such as chicken or fish.

‘ 1 apple
‘ 4 low-fat whole-grain crackers

Dinner

Squash & Chickpea Stew
‘ 1 cup (250 mL) brown rice
‘ 1/2 cup (125 mL) skim milk

Tip: Keep portions small at night since you’re less active.
