Step 1: Warm it up
Pour a small amount of avocado oil into a microwave-safe container, and warm it up in the microwave for 30 seconds.
There’s no “right” amount of oil to use here—it will depend on how thick your hair is, how dry it is, etc. It’s best to start with a small amount then add more as needed. If you use too much, the oil will just take longer to wash out of your hair.
Step 2: Apply the oil
Separate your hair into sections to provide better access to your scalp. Then, dip your fingers in the warm oil and rub a small amount at the base of your hair. Repeat this process around your head. It may take a while if you have long or thick hair, but the results are worth it.
Step 3: Massage
