Hi! I’m Chloe Berge and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as Best Health’s new Associate Editor. ‘Read, write, exercise, repeat’ is a good summation of my daily routine ‘ it’s not as boring as it sounds, promise! ‘ and I feel very lucky to have all three passions be part of my new work life.
A bit about me:
-I’m from Vancouver and happiest when I’m close to water.
-Yoga and barre are my favourite ways to keep fit, and in the summer I love to get outside and hike or run whenever possible.
-When I’m not doing any of the above you can find me with my nose buried in a good book, cooking a great (or so I like to think!) meal for friends and family, or planning out my next travel adventure.
Enough about me, what I really want to know about ‘ is you! I can’t wait to hear more of your health and wellness advice on our Community Centre page; I always learn something new there. I also look forward to highlighting a new recipe submitted by one of our readers each issue for our Community Kitchen feature. My favourite part of Best Health since well before I joined the team has always been reading the inspirational stories of the Canadian women featured on its pages. Your personal struggles and triumphs, and unique journeys with health and fitness, are a constant source of motivation for me. And now, as an editor here at Best Health, I can’t wait to bring those stories to life.
