Do you ever get the feeling that we need to relax a bit more?
Yoga instructor and "blissologist" Eoin Finn does, which is why he’s bringing his hammock manifesto to two of Canada’s major cities, Toronto and Vancouver, this summer (August 3 and July 6, respectively).
Dubbed "spontaneous relaxations sites," these events offer busy city-dwellers the chance to indulge in what Finn calls hammock enlightenment: the chance to take five minutes to take a break, tune into nature and relax in a hammock. Both event locations will have hammocks set up from 11-2 so visitors can try them out.
Not in Toronto or Vancouver? Finn invites you to participate from your home’after all, hammock enlightenment can happen anywhere.
What do you think? If everyone spent five minutes a day in a hammock, would the world be a better place?
