Poor posture can affect your health in many negative ways. In fact, global studies have linked it to depression, constipation and sluggish circulation in the lower extremities. It can even have an impact on your day-to-day work life: Slouching in an ill-fitting chair can slow down productivity.
To counter poor posture, you need to strengthen your core. The following exercises have been designed to do just that, building up the postural muscles in your shoulders, neck, chest, abdomen and back while helping you break bad habits like slouching.
