Good Goddess, The Nest is Yorkville Village's new wellness mecca.
Inside Yorkville Village at 55 Avenue Road, just a few steps from Equinox, there’s a new wellness space Best Health editors have been frequenting. Good Goddess, The Nest offers a well-curated selection of natural health foods, beauty finds and fitness gear.
Natasha Geddes, the founder and owner of Good Goddess, previously worked in luxury fashion before a passion for nutrition and holistic living led her to switch careers. From there, Geddes launched the Good Goddess nutrition program and her business has grown to include its own line of nutrition products, and most recently, a pop-up space at Yorkville Village.
We asked Geddes to walk us through the space. Here are our favourite picks.

“In the morning I always have a butter coffee. I use GG Fantastic Fat and Powderful. I start the day with that and it keeps me going,” says Geddes.

This pick isn’t a product, but rather, a service. Also available at The Nest by appointment, are spray tan services by Glo Organic Tan. The company uses DHA tanning agents that are 100% natural and toxin-free.”We like to call it a bronzing mist,” says Geddes.
Tank tops and bodysuits from C’est Moi Clothing
While the products Geddes has selected for The Nest aren’t exclusively from Canadian brands, you will find plenty of homegrown local finds. “This is a Canadian company with really great essentials, like high waisted leggings, great bodysuits – all super, super soft,” she says.

“I love boxing. You’re seeing more boxing studios and women boxing and I wanted to bring in the cool girl gloves.”
