Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and to the same pot, add olive oil, lemon juice, zest, peas and chili flakes. On medium heat, toss everything together until hot. Add cheese and mint leaves. Mix lightly and season to taste.
