Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the orange, grapes, red pepper, cilantro, green onions, and jalapeno if using. Stir in the grape juice and lime juice. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more lime juice, if needed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
