Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Blend the parsley leaves, the vinegar, the oil and the water. Put the mixture into a bowl.
  2. Add grated cabbage, and then the cubed chicken. Cover with quinoa.
  3. Cut Nergi fruit and grapes in half. Add to the salad. Top with hazelnuts, spinach and Parmesan.
  4. Serve chilled.
