Instructions
Blend the parsley leaves, the vinegar, the oil and the water. Put the mixture into a bowl.
Add grated cabbage, and then the cubed chicken. Cover with quinoa.
Cut Nergi fruit and grapes in half. Add to the salad. Top with hazelnuts, spinach and Parmesan.
Serve chilled.
