your preferred Canadian rye whiskey

oz
amber (Quebec or Ontario) maple syrup
¾
oz
Calvados
(you can use unfiltered apple cider if desired)
Juice of lemon
to balance the sweetness of the syrup

drops
Dillon’s Distllers Rhubarb Bitters
Instructions
Shake gently and pour over crushed ice in a tumbler or serve in a martini glass. Garnish with an apple medallion.
