  1. In a food processor, add tofu, BecelĀ® Vegan, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Mix well. Add the cucumber, oregano, salt and pepper. Blitz until well combined.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve slightly chilled with breads, crackers or veggies.
