  1. Juice the ginger, follow with apples and lemon. Put the ginger, apple and lemon juice in the blender with the banana. Start on a low setting while you add the dates and chywanprash paste. Blend for about two minutes.
  2. Heat gently in a saucepan until juice is nice and warm. Do not boil. Pour into a mug. Sip slowly.
