Superfood Chocolate Goji Pudding

Instructions
  1. Grind your goji berries (feel free to use a clean coffee grinder, or a high speed blender).
  2. Scoop your avocado into a food processor or high speed blender, and add all other ingredients (including the ground goji berries).
  3. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
