Instructions
  1. Pour the milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a Mason jar.
  2. Add the chia and shake vigorously. After 5-10 minutes, shake vigorously again.
  3. Let the chia sit for 35 minutes until the mixture has the consistency of tapioca pudding.
  4. Garnish with fresh fruits and Goji berries.
