Ingredients

kale
washed and ripped away from stems into bite-size pieces
2
carrots
peeled and sliced
6
radishes
sliced

avocado
peeled and cubed
1
cup
hemp seeds
Dressing
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil
Fresh juice from 2 lemons
2
tbsp
honey
Instructions
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients except hemp seeds.
Just before serving, pour dressing overtop of the salad and toss. Sprinkle with hemp seeds; if desired, add sea salt and pepper to taste.
