We love to get your feedback: whether you pick up Best Health magazine at the store or receive it in the mail, we want to know what you think of the latest issue. Is there something you loved in it, or hated? Is there anything you want to see us cover in a future issue? Either way, let us know.
Here’s a sampling of what’s in the latest issue: We looked into PMS remedies to find out which ones work best for the various symptoms [p. 66]; talked to a sex and relationships therapist about the concept of "soulmates" [p. 123]; and investigated artificial sweeteners to find out which ones are safe’and which ones you should avoid [p. 99].
We feature some awesome recipes, too, including baked goods [p. 86] that are actually healthy for you (well, much healthier than regular baking, anyway!). Plus, we asked chef Paul Finkelstein to create some delicious, and super easy, appetizers to serve when guests drop in [p. 94]. We had people over for dinner on Saturday and I made the Shrimp Gambas; when the first batch disappeared, it took me only about five minutes to put together a second batch (they were gone in minutes, too).
And you’ll love our fantastic roundup of gifts with a healthy twist. We found everything from exercise slippers made by FitFlop to phlatate-free Bento-style lunchboxes for kids, to a great mitts-and-hat set from Joe Fresh. There are more than 50 gift ideas in all’pick up the issue and check them out. And hey, if you’re a fan of Best Health, why not give a gift subscription to a friend? We have a special price right now; click on the "Subscribe Now" links on this page to find out more.
