We’re loving this Ice Pop Maker from David’s Tea ($15 at davidstea.com).

Turn your favourite tea blends into cool snacks to beat the summer heat. Try this recipe for Peachy Cream Ice Pops.

Ingredients
‘ 8 Tbps of Just Peachy loose leaf tea
‘ 2 cups hot water
‘ 1/2 cup peach nectar
‘ 1/4 cup coconut milk
‘ 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
‘ 6 thin peach slices

Directions
1. Steep tea in hot water for 4 to 7 minutes. Strain and cool to room temperature.
2. Stir in the coconut milk, peach nectar and sugar. Divide evenly between six ice pop molds (1/3 cup each). Insert a peach slice in each mold with an ice pop stick. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
