Strong, toned arms are easily attainable. Do this workout two to three times per week for maximum benefit. Add it to your usual workout, or combine it with cardio to torch calories.
How it Works:
Using a pair of eight- to 10-lb dumbbells complete each exercise for 15 or 30 reps (as specified). Repeat the entire set three times.
