If you’re looking to rock shorts or a cropped top this summer, this workout will help get you lean legs and a tight tummy in under 15 minutes a day.
How it Works:
This workout consists of eight exercises, which you will do for 30 seconds each. Repeat two to three times. This is a challenging workout so remember to go at your own pace.
Timer (clock, stopwatch)
Optional: Two light dumbbells (3-5 lbs each) or two one-litre water bottles
