Looking to fit into that sexy little dress? This circuit workout will have you blasting maximum calories in just 15 minutes. Follow along with fitness expert Amanda Russell as she takes you through eight exercises, alternating between strength and cardio. If you are new to circuit workouts, remember to go at your own pace, and do the modified exercise (demonstrated by Amanda) if needed.
How it works:
Each strength exercise calls for 12 reps, followed by one minute of cardio. Since the workout is only 15 minutes in length, there are no rest periods. (This is why it’s such a great calorie-burner!)
Timer of any sort (clock, stopwatch,)
Optional: Two dumbbells, 3-5 lbs each (water bottles or small soup cans will do also)
