This is a tough cardio workout but it’s so quick and efficient you’ll be finished (and feeling great) before you know it.
How it Works:
Follow along with fitness expert Amanda Russell as she demonstrates the three exercises you’ll be doing in this workout. Do each exercise for one minute, with no rest between each. Complete the entire set two more times, with a 30 second break in between each of the three sets.
