Diet: I don’t limit myself – except for portion size.

Healthy living philosophy: Incorporate something you are deeply passionate about into your workout routine. I am a very active person and I love to spend as much time as possible with my young family. Anything we can do together to stay active ‘ skating, tennis, baseball in the park ‘ and encourage healthy lifestyle habits early, is a priority for me.
