5 tips for staying healthy while travelling
Actress Erin Karpluk spends countless hours travelling for work. Here are her tips for being healthy on the road
1. Stock healthy snacks
Stock up the hotel mini-fridge with healthy snacks and breakfast items, like fresh fruit, yogurt and salad ingredients.
2. Bring a fitness DVD
If there is no gym at your hotel, bring exercise videos you can view on your laptop.
3. Pack small workout tools
Put easy-to-pack fitness tools like rubber resistance bands (used in Pilates) in your suitcase.
4. Explore the city on foot
Use runs and long walks as opportunities to explore the neighbourhood and city.
