Let the music take you
When Apple Music offered to round up our favourite Canadian songs, we asked if they could customize the list just a bit more. We wanted each workout song to have 120 to 140 BPMs (beats per minute). Why? Science shows that this rate, not only gets your feet moving faster, but it also matches your heart rate for a good workout.
Here are the four playlists Apple Music gave us, featuring the four heart-pumping songs of some of our favourite Canadian artists.
