8 Ways to Update Your Workout Look for Fall

Open your bottom dresser drawer and what do you see? Piles of basic workout leggings and tops that look as underwhelming as that 6 AM spin class sounds, probably.
When it comes to our fitness wardrobe, we tend to play it safe. We opt for black bottoms and a plain tank in a solid hue and deem other options subordinate. Pale pants? Oh no, those can’t be flattering! Juicy-bright pieces? You’ll see my sweat! But come September, the unofficial start of the new year, we’re going to have new fitness goals, and we’re going to need the motivation to achieve those goals. The solution?
