- 1 bottle Champagne chilled
- 3 oz St. Germain Liqueur
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 20 oz lychees in syrup

Instructions
- Place lychees in syrup, raspberries and St. Germain into blender container in order listed and secure lid.
- Turn on at low speed and slowly increase to high speed.
- Blend for 25 seconds.
- For each serving, pour 3 oz of the blended base into a glass and top with 6 tbsps of Champagne.
Recipe Notes
If using a Vitamix, start on Variable 1, turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10. Blend for 25 seconds.
