Cherry Biscotti

These twice-baked Italian cookies are perfect for dunking in coffee or milk. For variety, try using almonds or pecans instead of walnuts in the cherry biscotti.

  4. Bake in a preheated 350ºF oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until light brown or firm to the touch. Let cool on baking sheet for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300ºF.
  5. Cut cherry biscotti diagonally into 1/2-inch slices with a serrated knife; arrange slices, cut side down, on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, remove from oven, and turn slices. Bake another 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Place cherry biscotti on wire rack; let cool completely.
