Yes, yes I know. I haven't been on in 3 weeks. This is because I have been ashamed. I didn't gain weight, but I didn't lose any either. I've been lazy. However, over the last few days I've taken the time to get my priorities straight and I am back on the weight loss train. I have lost another pound and am going to lose more and more until I have lost all of the weight! My current weight: 163 pounds. My goal: 115 pounds. Difference: 48 pounds. Good to go!
Hey all! It's been another week! I only lost 1 pound this week:( I stuck to my dieting really well, but a sudden increase of work from school had me holed up in my room for hours at a time and I had no chance to go to the gym or running. I know, I know, I should've MADE time. Looking back now, I probably could've, but at the time I guess I was just being lazy. Hopefully I'll have better results this week.
Well it has been another week, and this week I have lost another 2.5 pounds for a total of 5 pounds of weight loss! Only 40 more to go!This is good as I am moving forward and staying consistant. However, let me explain something. A lot of people would be thrilled with the loss of 2.5 pounds in a week. I, however, have this weird crazy thing going on with my body. I can easily lose 5 pounds in a week if I am sticking to my diet plan and exercise. I can also gain up to 7 pounds in a week.
At the beginning of this week, I weighed 170 pounds. That is the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Last year at this time, I weighed 140 pounds and was only slightly over weight at my height of 5 feet and 2 inches. Then the winter came, a few dental surguries leaving me in bed, a bit of concern over school had me skipping the gym to study, and a bit of laziness had me eating horribly and before I knew it, I was 170 pounds. Now, that moment when you realize you're the heaviest you've ever been is a horrible one.
