Hi my friends , I just could not wait to tell you that I lost 3 lbs ! I am so very happy and just wanted to share my good news with everyone. I am drinking 10 glasses of water a day and eating shredded wheat cereal for breakfast every morning . I opt to have almond milk instead of regular milk . I took all the snacks out of my house and I am having either peeled carrots , apple, or a pear with a tablespoon of kraft peanut better whenever I am craving a snack
I am feeling good and I have started a reduce carbohydrates intake. For the past few days I have been drinking lots of water and also reducing my calorie intake. I am 5"3 and weight 179 lbs. My goal weight is 145 lbs. I am waiting to get on the scale tuesday Nov. 29 , so hopefully I have loss some unwanted lbs. Wish me luck !
