20 lbs weight loss and blood pressure under control

This looks like a plan I can do, so I am starting now. 90 minutes a week - that is not so bad. I keep saying I am going to do an hour a day and give up before I start so lets see how this works for me. I am 195 lbs right now, the smallest I have ever been is 130 as an adult. If I can get to 175 I would be happy for now so off I go to the starting line.
