Prone to overuse injuries or tightness in specific areas? It's worth investing in some one-on-one time with a personal trainer, yoga teacher or other specialist so they can create a routine for your specific needs.

Stretching is great:)
well just signed up for this challenge and then realized there is only two days left in this week...but will definitely stretch tomorrow and sunday after my walks.
I have been stretching more every week:)
