I must be doing something right!
Well, I must be doing something right... that or the final photoshoot is a bigger motivator than I realized. I lost another two and a half pounds this week and I'm now 172 pounds—I'm thrilled! I absolutely think that with hard work I can lose three more pounds before the final photoshoot next week
I had a great time at my cousin's wedding last weekend. I can't believe that I proved to myself this week that you can go away and enjoy celebrations and still lose weight! I really didn't think it was possible. This coming week is such an important one for me on this journey. The entire week has become my "last chance workout"... I have seven days until my final photoshoot and I'm going to be mindful of everything I put into my body and put everything into my workouts.
I so much want to be 169 pounds the day of the final photoshoot. I just think it will feel so amazing to walk into the studio and be able to say to everyone that I've lost 30 pounds! Having said that,169 lbs is not my ultimate goal... ideally I would love to be 159 for a total of 40 pounds down and then I'll really need to learn how to maintain that!
I'm wearing so many of my size 10 clothes and I've even worn a few size 8s—okay maybe they're big size 8s but who cares—it still makes me uber happy! I've worked so hard and I've been so disciplined and I'm really proud! Wish me luck this final week and as always I'm sending good luck wishes your way! All you have to do is want it—YOU are the only thing standing in your way of reaching your goals. As Yoda says in Star Wars... DO OR DO NOT... THERE IS NO TRY! Big hugs... now go work out. :)
