Enh? How Did That Happen?
So....
Ummm...
Yeah, about that.
I believe in my first post I was thinking I would get on the treadmill that very night. As I wrote, certainly that was my intention. And yet, here I am a week later and I still haven't been on the machine. (I did make it to hockey though!! But only once as a participant. Perhaps part of the reason I didn't get on the treadmill was because I also made it to hockey other times in the week, but as a Cheering Momma. I exercised my lungs from cheering. Not quite the best fitness technique.
So, truly, I am committing to heading off to bed now and then getting up refreshed tomorrow to Get Started!
