1st time I've ever did a blog.....wow!!!
I currently weigh 187 lbs and I am getting up there in age. My goal is to get down to 147 lbs so that would be 40 lbs lost... I am tired of feeling crappy because of my weight and just going up the staires i get winded.... It sucks... In 5 weeks I start my college placement and I'm in desperate need of dress clothes, so I am challenging myself to lose 10lbs before January 9, 2012
