- 2 cups 1% milk

- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or 1 oz (30 g) bittersweet chocolate, grated

- Heat milk over medium heat. Add vanilla, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Stir in dark chocolate chips (or chopped bittersweet chocolate) until melted. Pour into two mugs.
