Tomato & Tuna Melt

This 360-calorie tomato and tuna melt recipe contains omega-3-rich tuna and is part of our summer-slim meal plan.

Ingredients 1/2 cup (125 mL) canned tuna, water-packed
2 tsp (10 mL) low-fat mayo
2 slices whole-wheat toast
2 slices each tomato and red onion
1/4 cup (50 mL) grated cheese (or 1/3 cup/75 mL low-fat cheese)
Directions

Mix tuna and mayo. Top each slice of toast with tuna mixture, tomato, onion and then cheese. Put under broiler for a few minutes until cheese melts.
