Roasted Carrots
For a beautiful presentation, cut the roasted carrots in long pieces and arrange on bed of parsley.
2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
2 tsp (10 mL) salt
2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh thyme
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
2. Roast carrots in a preheated 400°F (200°C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until caramelized and tender.
