Sara sounds good at criticizing dieticians. However, she does not tell us what she does for a living. Dieticians are better than doctors at knowing what to eat or not to eat, depending on each individual needs and conditions. They have studied nutrition science.
I am not a dietician, but I do admire them for what they do

This dietitian like ALL dietitians need to get a life and a different job. They are so useless and under educated it's not funny. There are better ways to lose weight then to talk to these people if you need help losing weight ask me. I WILL tell you what works as every form of weightloss I have tried WORKS! No dieting AND no dietition.
