I definitely agree with you on this article, every person is unique and requires a unique method of weight loss for
long-term success. Right now I’m working on trying to lose belly fat and this method is working great.
Keep up the good work!
Another crock of unwanted and fabricated BS that is only specific to certain individuals. You CANNOT make blanket statements like this for everyone. Everyone is a complex and unique being, meaning variables are necessary depending on their composition and their health.
On one hand health "professionals" say we must eat 5 fruits and 5 veggies a day, along with whole grains. Now this one says not to!
WHO is paying for these ridiculous statements? Clearly they are getting a cut-back from some food processing manufacturer!
Lay off these unnecessary and fabricated articles that talk about fabricated and biased research projects, stealing taxpayers money!
To the guy who comments he has seen this article at least 6 times in the past year. Those of us who don't live on a computer and are actually excerising haven't. Great article and sometimes you have to post it 6 times for those of us who are busy with our families, professions and excercise. That person needs to get off there butt and start practising what they read.
Alice:
You speak the truth. Keedp carbs, cut out wheat.
I have seen this same article on sympatico at least 10 times in the last year, do you not have any new stories to post on Best Health.
Do the people in your photos really think they need to lose weight? While there is a huge problem with obesity on this continent, portraying these very slim and fit looking individuals in an article concerned with weight loss is not helping.
"Carbs are bad" is such blanket statement that doesn't get to the root of the problem. Complex carbohydrates which consist of whole grains are necessary for the body and brain to function properly. Try cutting them out of your diet completely and you will see your energy levels drop off and your mental function deplete as well.
What no one needs is 'white' carbs - simple white bread, pastas and the like do nothing to help the body function. Try cutting out wheat completely and increase your intake of different whoel grains to notice a huge difference.
