What is considered perfection? Someone whose entire lifes' goal is to look good on the red carpet, according to the fashion of the day ? I don't think so.

The physiques of celebrities/models are not realistic and therefore, in my humble opinion, not perfect.

We are each who we are, and no two of us are the same. And thank goodness for that. Variety is the spice of life !

Eat a healthy diet, alcohol in moderation, don't smoke or do drugs, exercise regularily, get a proper amount of sleep and be good to yourself.

Please stop with the slides!
