Have oatmeal for breakfast

You can eat all the dark chocalate all the oatmeal you want ,BUT, If you dont learn how to handle stress. Nothing else matters too much.

The photo with Slide 1, "Have oatmeal for breakfast" shows seedheads that are NOT OATS. They appear to be either rye or barley.

I eat 4 squares of dark chocolate per day , it is a great stress reliever ,for breakfast i choose a good musili containing multiple varieties of seeds with soy with-blueberries and yogurt . After 2 heart attacks several years ago my heart has repaired itself and pumps at full capacity ,there are other things that contribute , but i do not take any medication , my BP is consistently 120/60 , i am almost 80 years of age .
